Entry requirements | |
You need a good honors degree (equivalent to 2:1 from a UK university) in art and design, computer science, or humanities. The most relevant undergraduate degrees are relevant to digital media – graphic design, communication design, interactive media, information technology – but also psychology, ethnography. The course attracts students with both BA and BSc degrees. Possible weaknesses in the undergraduate degree may be compensated with relevant work experience and other evidence that the student is motivated and able to study at this level. This may be demonstrated both through qualifications and portfolio of works. If you have an online portfolio/PDF of design and digital work (and a description of your design process) we would recommend for this to be included as a link in your personal statement. For this course the minimum requirement is Academic IELTS of 6.5 overall with 6.0 in Writing and 5.5 in Reading, Listening and Speaking. |
